How does the shipping process work?

After completing your order on the DR.SNOW website, our logistics team ensures careful and professional packaging of the selected products. The processing time can take up to 72 hours, during which we verify that all details have been entered correctly and that the package is ready for shipment.


Once processing is complete, your order will be shipped to your destination via an international shipping service. The estimated delivery time ranges from 7 to 21 business days. However, due to exceptionally high demand, there may be rare delays of up to 30 business days. We work continuously to optimize delivery times and guarantee complete satisfaction.

📦 Important Delivery Information:

Deliveries are not made directly to your home, but rather to the nearest designated pickup point based on your shipping address.

You will receive SMS/Email with full pickup (or delivery) instructions once your package arrives / is out for delivery.

 

Responsibility for Package Collection

The responsibility for collecting the package from the designated pickup point lies solely with the customer.
Dr. Snow is not responsible for any refunds, compensation, or replacements in cases where the customer fails to collect the package on time and it is returned to the sender.

In such cases, Dr. Snow will reship the order only after the package has been returned to our warehouse in China, a process that may take several weeks depending on international shipping timelines.

🚨 Please note:
In some cases, the shipping company may mistakenly assign your package to a more distant pickup point than intended. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, and DR.SNOW is not responsible for such logistical errors made by Israel Post.

If this occurs, we recommend contacting us for further assistance. We will help you to contact the shipping company to request a transfer of the package to a closer or preferred pickup point.

Shipping confirmation & tracking number

After the package is shipped, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and a tracking link, allowing you to follow the product’s journey until it reaches you.


Free shipping

At DR.SNOW, we offer free shipping on orders over 75$.

 

How can I track my order?

A few days after placing your order, you will be able to track your shipment using the tracking number sent to you.
