1.1 The site offers an online store for purchasing products. Use of the site constitutes agreement to the terms and conditions.
1.2 Every element on the site – design, text, trademarks, algorithms, and systems – is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights.
1.3 You may not copy, distribute, reproduce or otherwise use the contents of the website without prior permission.
1.4 Use of the site, purchase of products through it or actual use of DR.SNOW products constitutes full and express agreement to the terms of use. The user hereby undertakes that he or anyone on his behalf will not have any claim, demand, or claim of any kind against the site, its owners, operators, or anyone on their behalf, in respect of use of the site, its contents, or products.
1.5 These Terms represent the sole binding agreement between the User and the Company.
1.6 The Company reserves the right to change the Terms of Use at any time, without prior notice. Changes will apply to orders placed after the Terms are updated.
1.7 A user who does not agree to the terms is asked to refrain from registering or purchasing on the site.
1.8 Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts in Tel Aviv only, in accordance with Israeli law.

2.18 An order constitutes automatic registration for a mailing system for orders, invoices, and tracking.

1. Orders and Confirmations

4.1 Accurate details must be entered when placing an order.
4.2 Some details are transferred to partners for delivery purposes.
4.3 An order confirmation will be sent within 48 hours to the email provided.
4.4 If a product is out of stock – an alternative or cancellation will be offered.
4.5 Providing false information is an offense.
4.6 Payment is secured using PCI technology and is not stored.

1. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 To make a refund, please contact us by email or WhatsApp: 050-268-6329
5.2 The product must be returned to the address provided by us.
5.3 The refund is conditional on checking the product's integrity.
5.4 In accordance with the law, a cancellation fee of 5% or 100 NIS will be charged - whichever is lower.
5.5 The refund will be made within 30 business days from the date of receipt of the product.
5.6 Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
5.7 The customer must send the product to the return address at his own expense.

1. Limitation of Liability

6.1 There may be differences between product images and reality.
6.2 Pen errors do not bind the company.
6.3 The product warranty applies only to the manufacturer.
6.4 The Company will not be liable for delays resulting from force majeure.
6.5 The Company is not responsible for technical failures of third parties.
6.6 The order does not create a right for a third party.
6.7 All content on the site belongs to the company and may not be used without permission.

1. Deliveries

7.1 Delivery is made to a collection point or to an address in restricted areas.
7.2 Estimated shipping time: 8–16 business days.
7.3 There may be delays from shipping companies.
7.4 Delays may reach up to 30 business days.
7.5 Different products may be shipped separately.
7.6 Business days: Sunday–Thursday only.
7.7 Please note: Deliveries are made to the nearest available pickup point based on your shipping address and not directly to your door.
7.8 In rare cases, Israel Post may assign your package to a more distant collection point due to logistical errors. DR.SNOW holds no responsibility in such cases. The customer is required to contact Israel Post Customer Service at 171 to request redirection of the package to their preferred address.

1. Use of Products and Medical Disclaimer

8.1 DR.SNOW products are intended for at-home use only and are not a substitute for professional dental or medical treatment.
8.2 Results from using the whitening products may vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.
8.3 Do not use the products if you have any known allergies, gum disease, tooth damage, crowns, or other dental treatments, without consulting a licensed dentist.
8.4 The products are not intended for use by pregnant or breastfeeding women, children, or individuals under 18.
8.5 The customer is solely responsible for following the product instructions and using the product correctly and safely.
8.6 The Company shall not be liable for any adverse effects, injuries, or damages resulting from improper use, overuse, or misuse of the products.
8.7 By purchasing the products, the customer declares that the purchase is for personal use only and is made with full understanding of the possible risks.
8.8 The customer hereby waives any claims against the company, its employees, managers, or suppliers for any consequences of using the products.

1. Informed Consent Acknowledgment

9.1 By purchasing DR.SNOW products, the customer confirms they have read and understood the terms and conditions, including all medical disclaimers and safety warnings.
9.2 The customer declares they have no known medical limitations that prevent them from using whitening products.
9.3 The Company reserves the right to refuse product sales at its discretion if misuse or risk is suspected.

1. Product Responsibility and Results

10.1 All products are sold "As Is" without any warranty regarding specific results.
10.2 Product descriptions and visuals on the site are for illustration purposes only and do not guarantee outcomes.
10.3 The Company is not responsible for user-generated content, reviews, or third-party endorsements.
10.4 DR.SNOW does not guarantee the accuracy of testimonials or influencer content shared externally or on the website.

Clarification Regarding Gifts
Gifts are only provided with the purchase of a full package. If shown in other scenarios, it is due to a technical error which
